Rose

Rose currently works in administration and front desk at Spinal and Sports Care. She is a Sport Scientist and Exercise Physiologist who is accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Rose previously underwent her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science and Masters of Exercise Physiology at The University of Sydney. She is also currently undertaking her Masters of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney.

As an Exercise Physiologist, she specialises in exercise rehabilitation and chronic disease prevention and management. Rose has had the experience of working with a diverse range of populations in various environments from private clinics and gyms, hospitals, sporting schools and aged care facilities. Rose has a passion for working with individuals with neurological conditions to improve functional capacity and quality of life.

Throughout her youth, Rose participated in a variety of sports including soccer, dancing, touch football and Oz tag. In her experiences Rose developed a passion for human movement and physiology translating into providing injury prevention, exercise rehabilitation and increasing performance capacity for athletic populations.

Rose’s background in exercise prescription and physiology adds to the Front Desk Team an emotionally mature, knowledgeable and positive individual, who is understanding to the needs of patients and able to assist quickly in their healthcare queries.
