Dylan graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science, followed by a Diploma of Remedial Massage. He then went on to complete a Masters of Chiropractic graduating with the Chiropractors Association of Australia Ellie Fernie Award for outstanding contribution to community projects, owing to his efforts with Macquarie University AFL club and the Department of Chiropractic.
Dylan’s keen interest in athletes and sports chiropractic prompted him to begin an International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma.
Dylan has developed a keen interest in biomechanics and human movement having been involved in competitive sports from the age of six. In daily practice, he uses evidence based techniques to accurately diagnose, treat and rehabilitate a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries to restore the patient’s body to its maximum function.
In addition to working with Spinal and Sports Care Centre, Dylan has worked at a National level at the Indoor Cricket Championships and has been the head trainer/chiropractor for the Macquarie University Australian Football Club for the past two years. He continues his close affiliation with the University supervising Chiropractic students as they complete their final year of practice study through internship.
On the sporting field Dylan is a passionate Australian Rules Football player and has a number of individual honours including; Runner-up in the 2008 Hart Medal for player of the year, Ivan Blyth Medal winner for Best and Fairest for 2011 and 2012 at Macquarie University AFC as well as being selected in the 2013 Sydney AFL Representative squad.
