Nat Kmet

Natalie has been one of our female practitioners at Spinal and Sports Care since 2014. Whilst completing a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University, she also worked as a massage therapist with skills that she still carries in her treatments today. As a chiropractor, Natalie understands the necessity for the human body to move well and function well for both work and leisure. Natalie treats a variety of patients, ranging from desk workers to elite athletes for problems ranging from head, shoulders, knees and toes.

Over the years, Natalie has played many sports including Netball, AFL, Oz Tag, Touch Football and Soccer which sparked an interest in the biomechanics needed to play each sport at a competitive level and keep the body conditioned. This is what prompted Natalie to start postgraduate studies such as an International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma and has moved her from being on the sporting field herself to becoming an integral part of the medical team of multiple sporting teams around NSW.

Natalie also has a passion for rehabilitation and getting patients back on the sporting field as well as back to their normal daily activities. Natalie has worked closely with National Premier League football teams since 2016 and has completed a FIFA diploma in Football Medicine. Natalie has also worked and travelled with National Indoor Cricket teams and will often be involved with injury risk reduction programs in various sports with athletes from youth to masters.
