Zoe Yanz

Physiotherapist

Zoe is a passionate physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. Zoe is also a certified Pilates instructor. She draws on her skills and her extensive knowledge of the human body and it’s biomechanics to design individualised exercise programs that prevent injuries, improve stability and injury recovery in all populations.

Zoe works with a variety of populations but has a certain interest in the rehabilitation of sporting injuries. Coming from an extensive netball background she recognizes the demands of being an elite athlete and understands the importance of helping clients achieve their goals of returning to sport after injury, as well as preventing re-injury.

Zoe is still heavily involved in netball, both as a player and a coach, currently playing for Sutherland in NSW premier league and previously representing NSW, Greater Western Sydney and Parramatta Auburn as a junior.

Zoe joined the Spinal and Sports Care Team in 2016 and is constantly learning and working with the experienced practitioners around her. Zoe is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and registered under AHPRA.

Zoe brings an understanding of the demands of being an elite athlete. She also has an expanding knowledge of the human body and enjoys working in an environment that compliments her studies. Zoe is still heavily involved in Netball, both as a player and a coach, and provides sideline coverage for Netball.

Having competed in a variety of sports, she understands the importance of helping clients achieve their goals of returning to sport after injury, as well as preventing re-injury. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and registered under AHPRA.
