Appointment Policy

At Spinal and Sports Care we understand your time is valuable.  All of our practitioners do their best to run on time and your punctual attendance will assist this.  Arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time is appreciated.

Unfortunately, due to the unpredictability of any medical based practice, there will be times when our practitioners may run late.

Should your practitioner be running late, we will endeavour to contact you to let you know.  Alternatively, please feel free to ring us 30-60 minutes prior to your appointment to see if your practitioner is running on time.

Should you arrive late for your appointment, our front desk office staff will do their best to assist your practitioner provide you with your full treatment time, but in some situations, appointments will need to be rescheduled or treatment time reduced to accommodate your appointment.

We do understand that from time to time, plans may change and that it is necessary for you to change you appointment.

We politely ask that you please consider other patients whom also utilize our often limited appointment times, and contact us the day before should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  Regular cancellations or late cancellations (with less than 24 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee.
